No, the abscence of proving a crime does not justify war, but the disproving of some reasons to go over there in the first place does not totally negate us having gone to war IMO.
the only justification you've given me so far is that I should support the government no matter what they say and do... sorry, I prefer to think and use my brain and decide for myself.
