You speak like an intelligent educated smart person, I like your posts. Sometime they are hard for me to interpret. I am a product of the street and made my way. Did ok to. I like to gamble, that's what the stock market was for me, high end gambling. Small scale, piker to some. That's what drew me to Lehman. The possibility to win big.. If you remember years back, we were posting like wild, edging get towards that buck. Ah yes, those were the exciting days. And also when the J shares were pushed to thier highest pps, dam near 90 cent. Then boom, they shut the J's down with all preferred to OBS.
The attorneys and trustees, HA, they play the game, it's called billable hours. Although the total percent of such is small in the overall dollar amount of this bankruptcy, they have made thier firms a KILLING.
Why did I pick 5 dollars as my Number? It's been a lucky number to me is all. At 1 to 4 would I consider Selling? Yes, considering what I paid vs my return. Would I sell all, NO. IMHO ,, I really think there is something here. But I have been kicked in the gut before. Only the end will give us peace.
Oh, the courts, the legal shenanigans, it's sux wind. But to be here you have to take it, I get plenty pissed off to at times. Nothing can be a solid yes or no easy answer, but that's the legal game.
