Its all the same, just spelling it differently all the time.

One more spelling, see page 7 in the 10K, “Vigor” (Shanghai Vigour Trading Co. Ltd.)

But I'm getting confused, it's listed as one of the Project Companies?

We have “APNW” or “Wholesale Center 1&2” Marketing, (Guangzhou City A Power NaWei Trading Co. Ltd.)

Then we have the "Trading Center" that SIAF developed by on their own between WC 1 and 2.

At some point a "Shanghai Distribution Center" showed up in the fillings, can't remember if I saw a contract for it. They was never mentioned as a project company from what I can remember.

And now we have “Vigor” too, at what time did they become a project company? Is this the "Shanghai Distribution Center"?



Now since Vigor is a project company of SIAF, the whole loan agreement becomes a little bit more interesting.
