Considering the recent history of positive news events (regardless of the short period under which they affected share price) there has been a sharp move down associated with bad news or publicity immediately before the positive move up.
I'd say not to expect any sharp moves up until we get the usual sharp move down on bad news prior to it.
I wasn't sure how to write this in a riddle. Actually I thought it was more polite to just say it.
"a folder with William Jefferson's name on it" (IMO)that is not good news and until we find out what was in the folder this is a large red flag and new investers will DD this.
