The SEC has something to say about the stock dividend. The way shares are distributed and most importantly, how the shareholders are informed. That could be by using an 8-k, PRE14C or S-1.
The HK listing, when it will happen, plays into this. Because there has to be a lockup period of 6 months after we receive the dividend shares. Something like that.
