Challe They have communicated that the talks with SEC about the HK-listing is what takes time and holds everything back. I guess they are working on that. Should give results any day now!
It's weird. I don't think $40M of the $55.1M due from TRW was supposed to be settled resulting in 36.6% stake for SIAF. It was aupposed to be some of those receivables, potentially the fish pond, and something else.
So now this $45M reflects $30M from the Mega Farm partners and the rest from TRW. IMO.
They didn't bother giving us the details. So that could mean the Mega Farm partners are unable to pay, or if we get lucky, it was settled in the past 6 weeks (after June 30).
