How have you verified the owner signed a NDA?
Why did ERBB issue a press release about the acquisition if there was a NDA in place - when ERBB issued the PR - the NDA was no longer valid.
But I seriously doubt she signed a NDA.
The press release stated: "With over 120 acres" but the reporter from The Desert Sun stated it was 80 acres.
Also from the article: "Broker Tony Castrignano of Sky Mesa Realty, who is listing the property, cautioned that no sale has closed."
I guess he didn't sign a NDA.
But the ERBB press release stated:
"Aug 3, 2017) - Today American Green, Inc. (OTC PINK: ERBB) has announced its purchase of the town of Nipton, California"
Looks like another press release for pumping purposes only.
