Talking about desperation I would wager 747s against donuts that Dan is far, far more desperate than Currah.
Dan has his conviction from NY Department of Labor and they will now be going after Dan for recompense for his pension fund chicanery; as well, Kathleen Fiero, Dan's sister, will be attempting to execute her $254k court judgement which she won over Dan personally on April 15, 2015 for buying SRSR shares without her consent with her money from an inheritance where Dan was the trustee.
These albatrosses hanging from Dan's neck [Currah trying to emulate the theme from Samuel Taylor Coleridge's ,"The Ancient Mariner", editor], are making him extremely desperate.

If Currah was so 'afeared' of court why did he sue Dan/Nio Star in May? You are aware, of course, when one sues one goes to court?
