In my discussions with management 2 years ago they said Thysenkrup wanted more if not all the the niobium but to provide a more stable and diversified customer base, it was Niocorp who limited the Offtake to 50%. At least that's my understanding.
Jim also told me the Offtake with Thysenkrup was a solid contract when they made original announcement, which was highly unusual for that time in the stage of the project. Usually companies enter into an MOU, a Memorandum of Understanding which essentially is a Non Binding Intent to do business. But a SOLID CONTACT is an entirely different story!!!!
