Not sure but would be surprised if they haven't been served. It really is a shame that we have two scam artists working hard to prevent this company from moving forward but as you stated the company can walk and chew gum at the same time. To the best of my knowledge work is progressing just a lot of money being spent to get rid of this cancer.
