Did anyone in their right mind ever ever think xree would get 60% share exchange from xtrn shareholders??
With the process so unclear and complicated human nature told me no one would do the exchange!!! They barely got 1%...
Of course all this "deal" was, was a means to raise the pps so Barron's buddies who were underwater with their investment in xtrn could get out, then of course dilute 2 plus billion shares for like $632,363 in profits for the company... money no one will ever see in anyfiling imo..
