So Singpoli Group and Kin Hui can pay over market value and over the appraised value of land in West Covina. They paid the city almost $1 Million Dollars for this land.. so they closed the deal with the city.. I know this city well. The City needs money.. Any land at this site this is sold to Singpoli the city will receive money from it..
All i can say is that this company is so smart and it is amazing what they are working on..
