IMHO, many successfull companies that need a NOL will be looking for that advantage. The NOL will sell itself. I also feel, IMHO, that there are businesses already considering the NOL. By virtue of its dollar amount, it should sell itself.
Stox, you were in the city, you know how news travels in the circles of money, BIG MONEY. If there is a way to squeeze and save a buck, it will be found and used.
This is an instance of such a savings, all the above is my humble opinion, as I was in the city to, and watched these greedy stab you in the back vultures. They would pull your eye teeth out for a dime. Lol
