The Big Guys or the large equity holders have the power to control the whole company in this present situation because nothing is left for the company other than NOL.

All asset have been distributed and it means no more other owners or entity to claim the whole or even part of the company (LBHI). EQUITY HOLDERS ARE NOW THE ONLY OWNERS OF THE ENTIRE CORPORATION.

Even the small equity holders like us will like the NOL be put into use.

I second this jersey. Possible? Definitely possible and very likely in our case. Its a strategy even.
