Hi beach....you say I am FOS on $3/sh which is 250% PREMIUM of the closing price today. If you talked to anyone on Wall Street , anyone with financial acumen, will tell you $3 is an overbid. Most companies get bought out for 20-40% of the stock price. But that's okay. Maybe I am FOS but I am sure not short the stock. I just lost 1/2 of my retirement all I had in my IRA.
beach...maybe I misunderstood. Did you think $3 is too high or too low? Some thing it is was too high based on the stock price, and some think that is way too low based on future revenue streams.
