They are very far from the fake hammer you refer to. ALKM is in constant contact with the SEC and they are well aware of the delinquency

Those suspended were all for not filing financial reports, I believe.

ALKM could be suspended tomorrow. The SEC has suspended tickers less delinquent that ALKM currently is.

Plus, ALKM has been dumping dilutive shares by the billions, so investors keep seeing their percent-ownership of the market cap tank along with the share price.
