The dilution is done, a few days away from Q2 earning report, already dropped from .03 pre RS to .004 pre RS price, many contracts in the past few months and hopefully more on the way, the management trying to convert the toxic debt to conventional loans, reduced expenses, .....
Why would it go any lower? I could be wrong but I think it won't go any lower than where we are right now. I think if people have the funds to average down then it is the best option that will make them a lot of money.
