Sorry, I am sort of ignorant about the UK Order for LB GP No 1 re-incorporation and the impact of the 1-year anniversary date of Judge Sullivan's Affiliate order on it. Did it needed to be done within 1-year of the Judge's Affiliate order? TIA.
