Since there is some question out there on the role that I play in all of this-perhaps an explaination is in order?

I am a shareholder of Medinah/Cerro..nothing more..nothing less. I am not an insider, or a friend/relative of an insider. I have never been involved with a private placement with the company..all my shares were bought on the open market.

I have only meet board members once at a shareholder meeting in Reno-a number of years ago. I rarely talk with board members but I do try to contact Les or Jim R. about once every week or two. I do network on an almost daily basis with many of the larger shareholders and quite a few of the smaller ones as well. I almost always have a good sense of what is going on at Medinah/Cerro.

My original interest in the company was purely random. I came across NPEC(Now NPER) on the SI thread..and from there learned about Medinah Energy(Minerals). I bought a position in Medinah when they purchased the "Santiago properties"..I believe almost ten years. I have some geology background and was able to quickly realize the potential that the property held.

I have bought shares in the company every year since that time. In last year or so..I bought mostly shares of Cerro due to less dilution of shares as compared to Medinah.

I have played an active role as a shareholder..mostly because I brought in quite number of shareholders into this..and feel obligated to make sure they have the best information available to make investment decision.

I will be here until the end..which I hope is a buyout in the multidollar range.

Let me know if any one has any further questions.

The question came up recently about integrity of one of the shareholders and the desire that he answer questions that would ease the concern of other shareholders. The person who ask the questions of Mike Gold here even is quoted as saying "Integrity, just what it is all about!!!"

I found a good quote by a man who most everyone knows about as a man of integrity and thought that it was appropriate since the board members of CDCH have integrity.

This totally relates to CDCH and this chat board because without integrity this company would lose everyone's money by being dishonest which I am thankful that they are not. I appreciate the Board of Directors of CDCH and personally wish to shake their hands at the ASM.

Integrity is the glue that holds our way of life together. We must constantly strive to keep our integrity intact. When wealth is lost, nothing is lost; when health is lost, something is lost; when character is lost, all is lost. [Billy Graham]
