He is. He said the hold up has been with auditor, who apparently is great and very hard working. But it's just taking longer than what he would like.

I believe he is too. My ex does accounting and has spent months fixing bad and delinquent accounts in the past. We're all anxious, including Tom who said expect very good things this week
