Again, conversations about the commons is so very irrelevant now!!!!!!!!! Geese most smart minds like yours understand this. First is the huge announcement nation wide on Monday or Tuesday, then August 17th the judge naturally says yes to the highest bidder, Tilman Then from what I'm hearing they emerge from bk and keep commons in tact benefiting Tilman.
Up until the 25th or so talking about commons is irrelevant !!! We could be at .80 by then, just the other Q stock. So people concern earned about commons on the 25th miss a chance to run from .08 to .80 quickly Just plain common sense IMO Irgtq
That article says nothing about the common shares, of course, but does include the link to the Chapter 11 plan, the same one which I linked to, which states, on page 29-30, that the common shares will be cancelled.
Nothing has changed. They will be cancelled. Leaving a slew of bagholders, ones not savvy enough to sell out first.
