well, then is it worth it for this board to begin some kind of petition or something? the CSHD PR from a few days ago mentioned the board on hotstockmarket as being a potential catalyst for action.
do we even want a fed margin call? i know that would get the naked shorties to cover, but would it also bring litigation and a halt to trading? i agree that is the last thing we want. In my ideal situation, NITE covers, meanwhile raising the price :), and this all just goes away, and everything is left kosher. since that's not going to happen, what's our second best option?
