thanks Gwikley. I guess my comments are getting old. I'll try to refrain from now on. just don't have my answers yet. I agree the company does not want to go to litigation, but I would not take it for granted that they will protect the shareholders who hold ftd's. seen the little guy get screwed way too many times.
