got a question though.

IF NITE has naked shorted around 300 mil, where do those shares go if the company plans on "removing" shorty? I guess I'm a nervous nellie on this issue, but I read back and someone else got burned, I think it was PBLS, back around december--no need for names. and he was pretty pissed. naked shorty doesn't really have to cover because he has nobody to return the shares to, except his "printing press." It just doesn't make sense to me. The float has been increased.
And if Etrade (for me) must honor my shares, and if they have been negligent for not telling me about the fail status of my shares after X days (is it 8?), then will Etrade go bust? and then I just get cash (after potential lawyers fees) for whatever my account was worth at that time and my account closed?
How'd that end up for him with pbls? I hope great. It's one of the only more personal instances I have as an example for me.
not trying to create FUD. i think it should be pretty obvious by now that I'm not a basher. I love sljb; it's gonna pay for my wedding, honeymoon, and tons more.
