Goodness...i wonder how many here could manage what is on toms plate. Its easy to be a critic when you don't have to do the work. The logistics alone must be overwhelming. I own a business that is perishable in nature and its hard enough to keep up when things are running smoothly but when you have it coming at you from all directions and the opportunity is now or never it can be quite a task. I applaud toms commitment to making this work. He could have sold and been chilling but Instead, knowing the true value of what he has he is rolling up his sleeves and diving in
