It was a public company on March 30th, but it was a non-SEC filer as well. However, their plan is to BECOME a Security Exchange of 1934 Act Reporting company in the future.

The company’s policy is not to comment on any rumors or speculation. In regards to them being current with the SEC, DOLV is a non SEC filer. However, It is the company’ plan to become a ’34 Act reporting company.
