In my opinion the sellers are wisely selling it at a price they think they can earn more. It was solid at mid 50's this morning then suddenly a stack of shares opens up for sale around lunch time from then on it never recover and crashes down to what the current price is.
With this it is an indication that a group or someone with huge position sold their shares. We are just lucky that alot of buys in 45 and 46 that keep the pps solid for now.
If the selling is done we will recover tomorrow, but if not we might see mid 30's.
