Shares can trade back and forth several times to create high volume. High volume doesn't = dilution.
I wasn't watching L2, so I can't answer if there was or wasn't any dilution today. If it was all buys and it didn't move up, well, then it's obvious, but given the amount of sells today vs buys, retail is likely the largest part of the price dip.
