exactly you guys and thats why ipci is a table pounding buy right now.......if the offering does not come soon, than we are looking at much higher prices VERY fast. Besides an offering, there isn't any bad news we can even get at the moment is there????We are sitting at doom and gloom levels and I'm a big buyer here.
