Isn't it more interesting to watch the dissolution of everything, including the NOL, leaving behind a bunch of investors in a fairy tale story of rags to riches that was never tenable in the first place?

This corporation cannot be reinstated or revived. Those options under the NV regulation are only available for involuntary dissolution.

This Corporation submitted the Articles of Dissolution voluntarily. The resolution to dissolve a corporation is required to be approved by the directors or both the directors and voting stockholders as provided in NRS 78.580(1) and (2).
