Its all right on the filings. To be honest I dont want to spend all night on this. I dont even have shares. I got my other Dding to do tonight

it looks like they reincorporated it a week or so before dissolution. Then dissolved NV then moved it to CO same day i believe, then they found a merger after that and did name change a month or so after
