According to the 8k in March, Notis bought Goh and Pyatt's company March 21st. According to rule 144 the shares should be restricted for 6 months, which would mean they can trade September 21. Im not 100% sure they're tradable if Notis is not current with their SEC filings. But it looks like Goh and Pyatt have timed this perfectly to coincide with the usual pot run in September/October.
