And even if modifications were recommended, environmental groups would instantly sue, get a court injunction preventing any action, and tie up the thing in courts for years. The review states that legislation could be required for any changes. That would require 60 votes in the Senate and that will never happen. Throwing money at LBSR based on vain hope for this is the epitome of Stupid On Steroids.

July 13, 2017 WASHINGTON – Today, U.S. Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke announced Craters of the Moon National Monument in Idaho and Hanford Reach National Monument in Washington are no longer under review and the Secretary will recommend that no modifications should be made to the monuments.
