Interesting. That's my main concern, a halt by the SEC. it can happen and does happen to dissolved corporations that are still publicly trading. That is why RR needs to get this in motion asap as if a halt occurs I think we are all done and RR never had any intention of doing a RM here.
Do you know which state was this corporation registered in? We could check the history. However.. Your post indicates that there was a name change. That or ownership change is possible in inactive entity. Dissolution is different.
