YES! EXACTLY!! That's what I'm doing.
I've already done it a few times with this company. Most people don't seem to understand there's going to be a drop after the push. No need to hold forever. Buy, sell, repeat. Otherwise, just put your money in a less volatile company, in my opinion.
I have my own personal PPS where I intend on selling, and where I believe it will drop and then later rise again.
