I was wondering if there was a broad corporate insurance policy? Also wondering about a NBC representative who worked closely with XP staff on the NBC project/account. If the thieves were receiving payment for services in a name other than XP or a bank account other than XP than it seems to me NBC would have some questions to answer. I wouldn't think NBC would knowingly be involved but they would have some degree of fault if a sneaky NBC rep was stupid enough to knowingly transfer payments for XP services but specifically to dummy accounts.
