I wish I knew I also like WLL seems to be in same boat. Wonder if it's the debt load???? I think OIL and USO are better plays too bad they made their move. I also figured out everytime that oil drops it rebounds from about 45 then the talking heads says it's going much lower. Then each time it goes up. Best to ignore them and buy OIL when it the bottoms like 4.50. That would been a very low risk entry can use a stop right below it. OIL going to run into the 200 day MA resistance at 5.57 RSI is up there.
