However there have been past scenarios which the SS did not play a limiting factor on pps rise... in some cases, significant rises in share prices. Do some DD and get back to someone who will listen.

telecom is likely the focus, but no way is some company that is randomly seeking contracts is gonna replace verizon who is one of the 10 most powerful companies in the united states.
