SO wait, you do understand the major telecoms HIRE small companies like BVTK to do specific jobs right? Outsourcing is very common in the world of Fortune 1000 companies. I know this as somebody who has made money consulting for many. People outsource as it's cheaper than keeping crews of people doing jobs they can outsource to specialized firms.
