Bionic checking in here... talking third person so I sound smart. I have done all my DD on the company, and I'm glad you have the concerns you do. I agree, "you" should stay away. The DD outweighs any of concerns you may have. I know that is company isn't your typical OTC as it has a CEO who is an expert at taking yeah to the curb and coming back with a new car.
This turn around is #5 since you didn't know, and Tom hasn't failed at anything he's ever worked on, but don't take my word, do the hours of DD and see for yourself.
I'm sure there are other companies more interesting out there on the OTC, but I'm sure you won't sleep near as well with those.
