tom seems like he doesnt want to disappoint when he announces the inevitable RS. hes hiding something.

go toe to toe with me, i dare you. share structure here is truly horrendous, and restructuring will not benefit shareholders

--- I won't bite on such threatening statements like 'I dare you' I am here (like many others) to invest in BVTK. Yes the share structure could be a lot better. However there have been past scenarios which the SS did not play a limiting factor on pps rise... in some cases, significant rises in share prices. Do some DD and get back to someone who will listen.

telecom is likely the focus, but no way is some company that is randomly seeking contracts is gonna replace verizon who is one of the 10 most powerful companies in the united states.

this is not a long hold based on what im reading. nothing on the otc is a long hold.

--- it has occurred, and possible could continue for a bit. If they have huge orders coming in, to the likes the OTC has never seen, then I don't think anyone cares.

companies go public to take public money, not make money for the public. DUH

i'm not done looking into this by any means. these are just my surface thoughts. im gonna get bashed here. but im really keen and many investors know that i know what im doing.
