dwyane looking into this..I cant invest in this yet....way too many flags.

this is not an otcbb stock, that needs to be removed from the board.

i have a ton of suspicions here, particularly related to the nonsense fluff and mediocre filing. investors should be careful

contracts over time mean revenue is spread.

tom seems like he doesnt want to disappoint when he announces the inevitable RS. hes hiding something.

go toe to toe with me, i dare you. share structure here is truly horrendous, and restructuring will not benefit shareholders

ecrypt is garbage but that doesnt matter, it's meant to distract naive investors.

telecom is likely the focus, but no way is some company that is randomly seeking contracts is gonna replace verizon who is one of the 10 most powerful companies in the united states.

this is not a long hold based on what im reading. nothing on the otc is a long hold.

dilution has also occurred and will occur when the pps rises so the company can raise money

companies go public to take public money, not make money for the public. DUH


i'm not done looking into this by any means. these are just my surface thoughts. im gonna get bashed here. but im really keen and many investors know that i know what im doing.
