I don't quite understand your "speculative forward" numbers. You have SGA decreasing from the current 15 million to 8 million. How exactly will they accomplish that? If anything, SGA must increase to pay for additional management, sales reps, and expenses required to market afrezza.

Agreed. Though there might be some serious fat at the exec level, the S portion of SG&A would rise.

The point of my numbers was to post what somebody might try to claim (rightly or not) as possible for a valuation model. I deliberately took everything past what any sane investor would accept in a business plan. And even at that they fail to create value.
