I have you in a sticky of mine on
my main board on another site.

90 tickers today.



Here we feature stocks with
a low float < 90M and stocks
with an ultra low float < 20M.

Called: $0.03 to $11.00

They next qualify with a chart that is
looking up in some way: on a moving
average at resistance or support, or with
a staging formation such as a bull flag.
An upgrading Pr is great too.

The float shown is the highest number
from Scottrade-YahooFinance-WSJournal.
I use the highest of any two I look at.
