I find this to be an extremely important part of the letter where Ronin is using common sense as opposed to some of these pipe dreams of some posters that are wedded to the concept of Bavi saving the world! I hope Bavi works and I am 100 percent confident that Ronin will figure it out one way or another. Read their statement below as clearly says "monetize the IP" and "contingent value right to a larger pharmaceutical firm that has the money AND SKILL SET to see if it can do what we all hope! Everyone should reread their letter in it's entirely. I am shocked that we have anyone that is not flabbergasted at what the PPHM Board has done to us. They should be in jail!!!!!!!
THE DILUTION NEEDS TO STOP! Peregrine must immediately cease all clinical development activities, adjust its cost structure accordingly, and begin a process to monetize its intellectual property, either through an outright sale or a contingent value right to a larger pharmaceutical firm that has the financial ability to underwrite further studies.
