Exactly, looks like what's left will be settled for less and all debt will be wiped out.

There will be some selling of shares, but in that case the selling would have a purpose.

With new REVS contracts rolling off the presses and Qs confirming the income the debt will be bought up happily...

Accounts payable totaled $1.4M figure a settlement around $1M maybe less.

STEVE said only convertible debt left today is $25k and that's restricted
