Based on Ex post and your (JJ) reply post plus my previous posts i have come to the conclusion at this time that Ex WINS the debate.

JJ, the PPHM Nominating Committee will do their job and carefully evaluate the candidates.

They will then, of course, recommend themselves. Ant that will be what the company proxy material states.

And the Ronin proxy material will of course recommend their candidates.

Have you ever seen a proxy fight before? They all happen about the same way. Company sends out their proxy material material with the expert recommendation of the committee, and the challenger send out theirs.
