The FDA website clearly states it is illegal to put MJ or CBD in a beverage.


They have zero funds and mostly you need background checks to get licensing by the states involved.

This includes personal and corperate background checks. All executives within the company....


In the end you may be able to start a class action suit against INOH and all personal assets of everyone involved.
