At the end of May 2017, only $126K in convertible notes remained. At this point, there was 635M O/S. Now we're at 1.2B O/S. Yeah, we're done with convertibles

During 2016 and 2017 the Company did not sell any Common Shares. The only shares issued were for Conversion of Notes.
