Let us be clear, any " second as a traditional buyback " would be at least a year from the start of the first restructure, as stated by PLNI in regards to the required 1 year hold period as stated would be required for the first restructure. You really have to belive if you think after one more year that they will have the money to buy back the OS from the shareholders.
